Onboard and Track Your Funds
After registering, you’ll receive an onboarding acknowledgment and gain instant access to our real-time tracking portal, giving you full transparency of your NDIS funds.
Submit Invoice
Simply email your invoices to invoices@optimumpm.com.au, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Approval Process (Optional)
If you’ve chosen this option, we’ll seek your approval before paying any invoice, ensuring you stay in control.
Lodging and Claiming
We’ll handle the entire process of lodging and claiming invoices through the NDIS Myplace portal, so you don’t have to worry about the paperwork.
Fast Payments
Once the claim is lodged successfully, we’ll make the payment right away. The service provider will also receive a Remittance Advice confirming the payment.
Real-Time Payment Confirmation
Keep track of all payments instantly through our mobile app, with real-time updates at your fingertips.
Monthly Statements
